CONCEPTUAL SKILLS: Conceptual skills involve the formulation of ideas and concepts. This skill indicates the ability of a Manager to think about the future of his Organization. This form of Management will give your company the edge it needs over its competitors, if you can formulate ground breaking concepts for your company that will push them ahead of the competition.
